What do you use in your Gluten Free cakes?

For our flour we replace AP Flour with Brown Rice Flour and Potato Starch. It also contains dairy products, and eggs.

What kind of sugar do you use in your Sugar Free cakes and icing?

Our cakes are made using Splenda, and our whipped icing contains maltitol syrup.

Is buttercream gluten free?

Yes. Gluten Free comes from the flour, in which none of our cakes contain any kind of flour.

What kind of icing do you use for your Vegan cakes?

We use a vegan buttercream recipe which contains; soy milk, vegan butter, sugar, vanilla ext. We use the vegan buttercream for Dairy Free and Vegan cake recipes.

Do you make egg-less cakes? What flavors are included?

Yes! Our egg-less cakes are made using the same recipe for Vegan and Dairy Free cakes. The flavors we offer are Vanilla, Chocolate, and Red Velvet.

Do you offer paleo diets?

No we do not! 🙁

My child has a dairy and gluten allergy. Can you accommodate? 

At this current time, we are unable to combine both of these diets safely.
