We make our Gluten Free cakes by hand using only the greatest Gluten-Free recipe developed here in our very own kitchen! In case you’re wondering, That’s The Cake Baker’s use Rice Flour with potato starches, along with various dairy products. We take pride in our gluten free recipe, therefore we do not share or give out any information regarding this extremely secret recipe. Also, we no longer offer Dairy/Sugar Free cakes.
We have been told several times that we offer the best Gluten Free cakes and cupcakes in North Texas alone! Our gluten free is a specialty item, therefore we need at least a week’s notice on any order.
Our gluten free baked goods include, but aren’t limited to: Wedding cakes, Groom cakes, Sculpted Cakes, Baby Shower Cakes, Birthday Cakes, Specialty Cupcakes, Specialty Cakes, and Chocolate Chip Cookies.
